  We stayed for about an hour, but I needed to speak with my mother to confirm whether it was okay to sell the items, so we left the store for a while. He completely respected my decision and didn’t show any pressure or discomfort at all. A few hours later, after lunch, we came back to the store. He welcomed us warmly again and professionally recalculated everything.
  In the end, I decided to keep some of the jewellery with me, but he remained kind and supportive the entire time.
  While we were there, we also noticed how respectfully he spoke with another client on the phone and to us.
  I was quite nervous about saying goodbye to my items, but I felt confident that the pieces would be in good hands with him.
  I strongly recommend this place if you want to work with someone who truly understands the background and sentimental value of your jewellery and treats it with respect. He also gave us very generous price! Thank you so much, Ivars!
